L-Leucine – TAn essential amino acid (meaning your body needs to obtain it from dietary sources) that maintains muscle by stopping muscle breakdown. L-leucine increases the secretion of human growth hormone (HGH), which can lead to healthy joints and promote faster muscle recovery and growth.
