Prenatalgyn is a multivitamin that contains all the essential minerals and vitamins that you and your baby need to stay healthy. Prenatalgyn can be taken both before and during pregnancy for maximum nutrition.
Prenatalgyn is best taken with a meal. Take 3 pills in the morning and 3 pills at night for optimal results. Do not consume more than 6 pills during a day.
Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose make sure you consult your doctor or contact a poison control center.
Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) – DHA is very important in the development of your baby. DHA has been known to enhance your baby’s visual and motor development, in addition to improving your baby’s nervous system.
Folic Acid – Folic Acid is very good for your baby’s health. During pregnancy there is a chance for neural tube defects. Folic Acid can reduce that amount by 70% so you and your baby don’t have to worry.
Calcium – Calcium is VERY beneficial for you and your baby. It can keep your bone density strong and help the baby’s bone growth. Calcium will also reduce the risk of calcium deficiency, a risk factor for birth defects.
Potassium – Potassium is known to help your baby with fatigue, kidney or lung faliure, muscle cramps and a few other negative effects. Making sure your baby has sufficient potassium is essential.
Biotin – Biotin has many benefits but more particularly it helps your sweat glands function correctly and prevents fatigue and depression. Biotin deficiency can lead to birth defects, making Biotin supplementation critical for baby’s development.
Iron – If you want your baby to have a healthy weight, Iron is what you need. Iron can help prevent low birth weight. Iron also helps your body produce blood which will carry the nutrients needed to you and your baby. It will also help with fatigue.
Q. Will Prenatalgyn Keep Me and My Baby Healthy?
A. That’s what Prenatalgyn was designed for! For you and your baby. Prenatalgyn has enough vitamins and minerals for both of you.
Q. Can I Stop Eating Healthy if I Take Prenatalgyn?
A. That is not recommended. Your baby needs all the nutrients he can get. Prenatalgyn is just meant to optimize the health in your baby. It is important that you eat with him/her in mind.
Q. Do I Have to Take a Prenatal Vitamin if I am Pregnant?
A. No, but it’s highly recommended. If you want to make sure your baby is healthy and has all the nutrients he needs then prenatal vitamins are the safest route.

Love the Biotin!
I chose Prenetalgyn because it was highly recommended and high in biotin (helps your hair and nails!). It goes down just like any other vitamin or pill. It’s just a vitamin so I didn’t have any side effects or anything like that. I think it’s a good deal and I would recommend it to anyone.

Good product
Great ingredients. Their website had a ton of information, which made me feel safe. The only con is that you have to take 6 capsules a day. The capsules are average size. I take three with water and then immediately take the other three.
I can’t speak to Prenatalgyn’s effectiveness. My baby was born without any problems, but she could’ve been born that way anyways. All I know is that these vitamins didn’t make me feel any worse, which I can’t say about New Chapter. Regardless, I recommend this product without any reservations.

Taking while not pregnant
I’m wondering if these supplements are safe to use on a daily basis if your not pregnant or plan to be pregnant? I have been told that prenatal vitamins are amazing for your hair skin and nails, plus I’m low in iron. Also do these suppleness contain any carbs?

Re: Taking while not pregnant
Prenatalgyn is NOT recommended for women who are NOT pregnant or NOT planning to be pregnant. Claims for prenatal vitamins doing wonders for your hair, skin, and nails have not been proven for women who are not pregnant.
Prenatal vitamins contain high levels of nutrients, such as Folic Acid and Iron, which can be more harmful to your body than helpful. Too much Folic Acid can hide symptoms of having Vitamin B-12 deficiency and too much Iron can be toxic to your body causing constipation, nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting. It is highly recommended that you talk to your doctor about solutions for your low iron levels.
Prenatalgyn contains no carbs.

Re: Im considering in getting this...
While Prenatalgyn contains 50mg of Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) which is an omega-3, research done by health organizations and companies focused on improving the health of women pre-, post-, and during pregnancy have found that increasing the intake of omega-3’s, particularly DHA, to about 200mg provides the fetus with the optimal amount for proper brain development. It is highly recommended that if you want to optimize the health and development of your baby, you must maintain that level of omega-3 consumption – meaning supplement with more omega-3’s or eat more fish low in mercury.

good, but...
I have noticed a positive difference in energy since I started taking these a couple of weeks ago, which is great! Also, an increase in regularity. However, if you are sensitive to smell, a warning: these vitamins reek. On 2 occasions I have not been able to bring myself to open the bottle to get my serving of 3, just because I didn’t want the smell to send me running to the bathroom. Of course, baby nourishment should always win out in the end and Prenatalgyn came recommended.

Re: prenatalgyn
There are many prenatal vitamins to choose from however it is highly recommended that you talk to your physician about recommendations for prenatal vitamins as they know your body and its needs better.
