Best treatment I have found to reduce nocturnal urination demands, sweet tasting, sleep so much better without being aroused to go to the bathroom every hour or two. Using this, along with reducing liquids intake late in the evening, has reduced nighttime bathroom calls to once in four or five hours, or even less. I just try to remember to take it early on in the evening so that it has time to take effect before I go to bed, and if I used more than one scoop it probably would eliminate all nocturnal bathroom visits, but I don’t want urinary tract infections that could be caused by not relieving my bladder often enough. Work out what works best for you, but heartily recommend.
