Stacking is a huge part of bodybuilding. More often than not, supplement companies will offer one product with the idea of encompassing all, safely, into one supplement. Universal Nutrition has created Animal Pak as the foundation of its Animal Stack. Animal Pak is a multivitamin that contains many common vitamins and nutrients with a kick for people trying to boost muscle size.
As an athlete training and dieting for a contest, the first thing that tends to occur is that nutritional gaps begin to form. At first glance anyone would think, big deal? Because after a time, these deficiencies continue to grow. When all is said and done, your body will cease to function at its premium capacity. Animal Pak makes up for those deficiencies by providing your body with four different complexes. In the Amino Acid Complex, you’ll find the powerhouse aminos like Aspartic Acid that will boost your hormone levels, specifically testosterone. With the Performance Complex, you’ll fuel your body with ingredients that will enhance your training session results like Uni-Liver. Providing potent ingredients such as Alpha Lipoic Acid, the Antioxidant Complex will prevent harmful, free radicals from causing damage to your muscle tissues. Finally, the Digestive Enzyme Complex uses ingredients such as Inulin to provide protection to your digestive system.
With all the beneficial nutrients in it’s formula, there’s no other multi-vitamin that’s as powerful or comprehensive as Animal Pak.

Q. Does Animal Pak Contain Any Stimulants?
A. No. Animal Pak does not contain any ephedra, synephrine, caffeine or other stimulants. It only contains only natural energy boosters that have been shown to work.
Q. Can I or Should I Take 2 Packs a Day?
A. No. For MOST lifters, one pack a day is plenty sufficient. Elite athletes (those who are preparing for a bodybuilding show or a powerlifting competition, etc.) would want to take two packs daily.
Q. Can I Get All The Nutrients I Need Just From My Food?
A. As great as that would be, honestly the answer is no. The fact of the matter is, a lot of veggies, because of over farming and poor soil quality, aren’t as full of the nutrients that they used to be. Not to mention, that is all with the assumption, you’re eating a wide range of foods, for example: a lot of leafy green veggies, fruits and other whole foods. It’s also important to note that even the professionals, who eat right for a living, take a multi. It’s imperative to remember that when it comes to dieting, you’re mostly likely eating the same foods, day in and day out. Eating chicken, rice, turkey and tuna isn’t a fantastic diet, nutritionally speaking. It can quickly turn into nutritional deficiencies and gaps. So even if you’re bulking or cutting, a multivitamin like Animal Pak is most definitely important if you want to stay on top of your game.
Q. Can I Just Use a Regular One-A-Day Type Multivitamin?
A. Technically, yes you can, but the question is do you want to? Generally one-a-day type multis are made for the average guy, working a 9- 5 job who is slightly active on the weekends. Maybe. They include 100% of the RDA in many vitamins and minerals. You as a heavy lifter don’t take “100% of the Daily Reference Value for protein” because 50 grams is not enough for you. No. You’re going to intake much more because you’re into some serious lifting. Serious lifters need much more protein than that. The same idea can be applied to your multivitamin. Animal Pak was created and designed for the serious bodybuilder and strength athlete. Harder training athletes will require more vitamins and minerals and other nutrients than sedentary individuals. So if you’re using a generic multivitamin it may be time to reconsider what your nutritional needs are.
