Q. What is your secret to having such great abs?

A. First and foremost abs are made in the kitchen. The most important thing to work into your fitness lifestyle is eating clean, lean foods that fuel the body. As for working my abs out, I have a variety of exercises. I use the elliptical on high intensity level tightening my abs and moving my torso side to side to target my core. I also lay on the floor and do the bicycle movement with ankle weights, traditional crunches, sitting twists, oblique V crunches and leg raises to target lower abs.

Q. What does your workout split look like?

A. To be honest I do not do a split method as of right now. I do a full body workout 5-6 times a week. With high and low cardio days. Don’t judge me 🙂 it’s what works best for me at the moment.

Q.What is one of your favorite tricep exercises?

A. One of my favorite tricep exercises is the reverse grip tricep pulldown. I get a crazy burn and a huge pump when doing them.
