Questions & Answers:

Q.Your ab game is on point! What is one tip you have for beginners that are working to get abs?

A. So my ab tip isn’t actually about working and. The main focus is what you eat, and ensuring that you are eating healthy foods. Abs are made in the kitchen people !!

Q. How often do you workout, and what does your workout split look like?

A. I try to workout every day. If not every day then 5 times a week. I try not to have a favour body part to workout because that way you spend too much time working that muscle out and it doesn’t give you a portioned body. My workouts are just over an hour. I do 20 mins of step master at the end of my workout.

Q.If you could train with anyone in the world, who would it be and why?

A. If I could train with anyone that would certainly be Katy Hearn. Because she’s gorgeous, and has the perfect body. She’s honest with her before and after photos and it really goes to show that hard work pays off.

Q. What are your fitness plans?

A. Initially I started working out just because. My goal was to be a bikini competitior. Which I just accomplished last weekend. So now my life long goal is to train hard every day and hopefully get a spot on a fitness magazine.
