Goal for the next 4 weeks ????????. Get unsick ???? is number 1. First day back in the gym in 4 days. I was down for the count????. Kids bring home EVERYTHING. I will be cutting all artificial sweeteners. I am giving myself one lack of gum for 4 weeks. No more splenda! ???? I can do it! ????. Also my lovely man wrote me a new meal plan. Currently playing with body to see what I can and can't take!! ???????????? @titan_physique what would I do without you ????????. @angelapicci512 can vow to that too. Hahah @tanyaaa_marie you will soon no too. ????
I always tell @titan_physique that I hate how wide I have gotten but then I spread em like ???? and I see all the hard work I have done and mental mountains I have over come. ???? thank you for being my number 1? supporter and my number 1? rock. ????. Ps I also just fell off the treadmill at 12.0 speed doing sprints ????.

Q. Have you competed? If so, what would you say is the hardest part about contest prep?
A. Yes, I have competed. As a single mom the hardest part was trying to make time for her and I as much as I was in the gym.
Q. What’s your favorite leg exercise?
A. Favorite leg exercise! Ha ALL OF THEM. No but really Id have to say deads and squats. Make those Glutes grow.
Q. When you’re not killing it in the gym, what else do you like to do?
A. I’m a full time mama, we Park hard and frozen yogurt even harder.
