Q. If you could only pick one, what is your favorite leg exercise?

A.My favourite leg exercise is a new one for me, they’re called Nordics! They absolutely torch your hamstrings. My trainer introduced me to them and I couldn’t do a single one at first; 6 weeks later I’m on sets of 5 and my hamstrings are thanking me! Failing that, you can’t go wrong with the good old squat.

Q. You post some delicious looking photos of food on your instagram. Do you have cheat meals occasionally? If so, what’s your favorite cheat meal?!

A. I do have cheat meals, I think they’re so important both to keep yourself sane and to keep your metabolism from stalling. If I find myself hitting a plateau, I have a whole cheat day (never mind cheat meal!), eat whatever I want and then get back on the wagon the next day. It satisfies my chocolate cravings and also gives my metabolism a boost. You also cannot beat a workout fuelled by a massive cheat meal!

Q. What keeps you motivated to keep hitting the gym and eating healthy?

A. I honestly just love this game! My motivation comes from how amazing I feel when I challenge my body and achieve goals through working out smart and eating right. We all have down days and I do have times when I struggle, but I have a really supportive trainer and a strong belief in positive thinking, so we get through them!
