Q.How long have you been working out?
A. I have been doing crossfit for three years.
Q.What are your fitness goals?
A. My fitness goals are to keep getting better each day while focusing on my weaknesses and enjoying the process. Ultimate goal is to make it to the crossfit regionals/games.
Q.What’s your favorite workout?
A. y favorite workout is something that consists of a lot of variety. The thing I love about crossfit is that it’s a full body workout. Throw in a heavy barbell and I’m even happier.
