Q. What inspires you to stay fit and healthy?

A. What inspire me to stay fit? well, the mirror. I was always motivated by my father when I was a little child to play sports, and by my mother to have a healthy lifestyle. Then, I didn’t understand the real importance of this lifestyle but now, I’m thankful for this education.

Q. What is your favorite leg workout?

A. My favorite leg workout is squats

Q. How long have you been exercising?

A.I have been exercising since i was a child, since 10 years old, and i will not stop here.

Q. When you’re not working out in the gym, what else do you like to do?

A. When I’m not in the gym, I usually study medicine, because I’m a medical student, and I’m very proud of that. My freetime I spend with my boyfriend.
