Gym Motivation 2015

Every single day is a new opportunity to take our workout performance to new limits. To build intense muscle and strength, there is no staying in our comfort, there are no excuses. You’ve got to push yourself harder than the last time. With headphones in and the right jams blasting, our sole focus is to move the weight, push out that last rep, and squeeze out those last sets to become stronger than ever imagined. BLASTING through exercise plateaus, SHATTERING personal records, and MAKING gains is what we strive for each time we walk walk through the gym doors.

Sometimes, though, that’s easier said than done.

When you are in a rut and not making the progress you wish you were, the worst thing you can do is get down on yourself and discouraged. Attaining the physique you’ve always wanted won’t come easy, because nothing worth having ever did. But with equal parts positive attitude,intense work in the gym, and determination, a shredded and muscular physique is more than achievable.
