Q. How long have you been working out?
A. For 5 years although I’ve started taking it more seriously for just over a year now.
Q. Do you ever have a cheat day? If so, what’s your favorite cheat meal?
A. I like to have cheat meals rather than cheat days. Favorite cheat meal would be a big burger with cheese, bacon and fries.
Q. What muscle group do you like working out the most?
A. It’s a close battle between Chest and Back but I’m going to have to say Back day!
Q. What’s your go-to workout jam?
A. I have like 5 playlists I’ve made on YouTube, a lot of house, dub step and EDM gets me going!
