Q. How long have you been training and what got you into fitness?

A.I starting this journey when i was 14 years old in my garage using my dad’s ‘home gym’

Q. What’s your split like?

A. I train 6 days a week : Quads/calves, chest, back, arms, hamstrings/calves, Shoulders

Q. What is your favorite bicep workout, and tricep workout?

A.I’m always changing my routines but the one i like most is one i got from Kai Greene. 1. Wrist curls: 1 then 3sets, 15-20rps 2. Reverse curls: same 3. Hammer curls: 5 sets, 12-15 rps 4. Tri pushdown 4 sets 20underhand 20 over 5. Overhead tricep ext. 5 sets 20 reps 6.close grip bnch 4 sets 15 reps 7.straight bar curls 4 sets 20 reps 8. Incline db curls 4sets 20 reps 9. Preacher machine curls 4 sets 12-15 reps

Q. If you could train with one celebrity, who would it be and why?

A. Dana linn Bailey as i see that we share the same passion and drive for this sport/lifestyle.
