BOOTY GAINS! Hallelujah! Building up my booty and legs has been one of my goals lately, and I'm making progress! What I've done: ?I EAT A LOT. ???? Get enough protein and good sources of carbs! Booties LOVE carbs! Lots of Sweet Potatoes, Brown Rice, Beans.. Quinoa is also awesome! Stay away from the empty starchy carbs such as white potatoes, wheat flour, white anything. Haha. ?? Lifting heavy! Bums really love resistance exercises with heavy weight. Some of my favorites and most effective are: Squats, Pulsing Squats, Kick Backs, Hip abductor work, and Lunges!
