Q. When did your fitness journey begin, and what got you started?

A. My fitness journey began in 2012. My partner was prepping for his first bodybuilding show so i thought it was something i could do. I loved the bikini look so 11 weeks later i stepped on stage and came away with a 3rd place trophy and an invite to the UKBFF British Championships.

Q. What does your workout split look like?

A. Monday- legs Tuesday- Shoulders/arms Wednesday- Legs Thursday – Back/Chest Friday – Legs

Q. What is one of your favorite go-to healthy meals while prepping for a bikini competition?

A. When i fancy something different to chicken, my go-to meal is King Prawns, chopped up asparagus with a little bit of Nandos lemon and herb rub sprinkled on with rice.

Q. When you’re not killing it in the gym, what else do you like to do?

A. When I’m not in the gym i like to take my 1 year old little boy out for the day. He loves swimming and feeding the ducks.
