Q. How long have you been working out, and what got you started?

A. I’ve been working out seriously for about 7 months, when I say seriously I have worked out before that for about for about 4 months but I never took it seriously until I met my PT.

Q. What does your workout split look like?

A. Monday shoulders Tuesday legs Wednesday chest and back Thursday off Friday glutes and abs Saturday chest and back Sunday rest

Q. If you had to pick a favorite back exercise, what would it be?

A. My favourite back exercise would be lat pulldown’s or t-bar row. I love back day!!

Q. What keeps you motivated to stay in such great shape and dedicated to fitness?

A. How I keep motivate is, I save a picture of somebody that I am inspired by on the front of my phone, so every day I see it and everyday it pushes me more.
