Happy #flexfriday y'all! Did legs this morning and now it's off to to meet my possible NPC bikini coach! Hope it's a good fit! Here is today's workout: warm up 5 minutes jogging on treadmill incline, 5 minutes backwards stair master. 20-15-12-8-6-4-4-6-8-12-15-20 squats, 4 sets of 12 straight leg deficit deadlifts, 4 sets of 10 Bulgarian split squats, 3 sets of 15 deficit sumo squats, 4 sets of 10 deadlift, 4 sets of 12 pull throughs with rope on cable, weighted calf raises 3 sets of 15 superset to each positions, 10 minutes of flipping tires and 15 minute cool down on elliptical. #1stphorm #1stphorm4life #nextlevelshit #LegionOfBoom #gym #goals #glutes #glutes #fit #flex #fitfam #girlswholift #girlswithmuscle #weightloss #physique #npcbikini #npc #noexcuses #gohard, #hardcorenutrition, #hnsupps, #hnathletesearch @1stphorm #flex_team_sni

Questions & Answers:

Q. What got you in to lifting?

A. I started lifting weights in high school. I was on the varsity cheerleading team and eventually decided to go out for the powerlifting team. I fell in love with lifting weights and haven’t put them down since.

Q. What is your favorite arm exercise?

A. I love mixing my arm exercises up and don’t really have a particular favorite exercise but I do have a favorite workout routine! I workout my chest and biceps on the same day and the workouts usually include bench, incline chest press, pec fly, pec fly on machine to superset pushups, EZ bar curls and DB curls. I like doing 4 sets with high reps so my arms are toned.

Q. You look great! What do you do to stay motivated to hit the gym hard and make results?

A. I really got extra motivated to take care of myself in every aspect after I had my son! He is 15 months old and I want to be a role model for him physically, emotionally and spiritually. I realized there were some changes I needed to make to be a healthy role model and I decided to clean up my diet. Every time I think about skipping the gym I just think about my son!

Q. If you could train with one celebrity, who would it be, and why?

A. If I could workout with anyone, I would workout with Ashley Kaltwasser! She is such an inspiration to me and it’s my goal to be standing next to her in the pros someday. Her dedication is phenomenal and I love her aesthetics.
